The reception area and rooms were nice, creating a pleasant ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

The limited restaurant menu and lack of room service details in the room were disappointing, resulting in the need to eat and drink elsewhere. the hotel manager was uncooperative when we requested a late checkout for just two hours, forcing us to book another room at a full day charge.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to supermarkets and other shops. The room service was great and everything was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. The valet parking made my stay much more convenient.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and kind staff to assist you. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the room service is prompt and efficient. The breakfast offers a variety of traditional food options, and the reception area is inviting and pleasant. The hotel also offers convenient facilities like parking slots and a bar.

The staff, especially the receptionist Hüseyin and bellboy Adem, provided really good service in assisting with information and arranging transportation. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my 5-day stay in Istanbul, and I highly recommend this hotel.
