The reception area and rooms were nice, creating a pleasant ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.
The limited restaurant menu and lack of room service details in the room were disappointing, resulting in the need to eat and drink elsewhere. the hotel manager was uncooperative when we requested a late checkout for just two hours, forcing us to book another room at a full day charge.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to supermarkets and other shops. The room service was great and everything was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. The valet parking made my stay much more convenient.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

My recent stay at Tryp Hotel was good. The hotel is clean and new, creating a fresh and modern atmosphere. The location, situated between two metro stations, made it convenient for exploring the city. The reception area and rooms were aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The staff, especially the receptionist Hüseyin and bellboy Adem, provided really good service in assisting with information and arranging transportation. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my 5-day stay in Istanbul, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with the entire hotel smelling fresh and clean. The rooms were modern and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and heavenly bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, being centrally located and close to the best shopping streets and malls. It was also easily accessible to metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff, especially Mr Ozan, were nice and helpful, making our stay more fun. The breakfast provided a great start to our day, with a variety of options including ingredients for omelettes, ham and cheese, and fresh fruits.
